How long does it take to fully charge the Spot Vision Screener battery and how long does the charge last?
keyboard_arrow_downOnce the battery is fully depleted, recharging takes two hours. The battery will last over four hours on a single charge.

What is included with my Spot Vision Screener?
keyboard_arrow_downYou will get a carrying case, cleaning cloth, instructions for use and an accessory box that includes:
- Quick Start Guide
- AC power cord
- Power supply/charger
- Hook-and-loop cable straps
Damages incurred by shipping the device in non-approved packing material will void the limited warranty.
Do NOT store your vision screener in the case while the power cord is plugged in.

Does my Spot Vision Screener require calibration?
keyboard_arrow_downNo, your screener will arrive calibrated as part of the manufacturing process and won’t require calibration from that point.

When the Spot Vision Screener is fully charged, how many screenings can occur on average before needing to be charged again?
keyboard_arrow_downThere is no set number of screenings per charge due to variation in screening time needed for each particular patient; however, your screener should operate for over four hours before requiring a recharge.

How do I update the software?
keyboard_arrow_downThe unit must be returned to our service facility for a software update. It is free of charge (including shipping) by contacting customer support.
