This software update can be obtained free of charge, including shipping, by contacting technical support. Customers may be responsible for the minimum basic service fee unless the device is under warranty, or the customer has a SmartCare service agreement.

Instructions:

1. Contact Technical Support at 1-800-535-6663 opt 2 (technical support), 1 (English), 3 (Vision), 1 (Spot Vision).

2. Technical Support will provide an RMA number, anticipated turnaround time and a shipping label.

3. Using the provided shipping label, ship your VS100 to the address provided.

4. Customers may be responsible for the minimum basic service fee unless the device is under warranty, or the customer has a SmartCare service agreement.

5. Upon completing the software update, Hillrom will return your VS100 via 2-day shipping.
 

Device Hardware and Software Requirement: This software update is for vision screeners with a software version of 3.X or greater and Serial Number 15001 or greater. Please determine your software version and device type before contacting customer support for this update. If your software version begins with “2” (2.x) or “1” (1.x) you cannot use this update.
