Allen 4-Post System attaches to an OR table with short or long attachment straps, allowing surgeons to position patients in prone or lateral spine positions. It allows positioning of the spine in lordosis, kyphosis, or neutral lumbar spine without using a specialized platform.

 

The 4-Post System enables the patient’s abdomen to hang freely, which can help manage vena caval pressure. It also allows for the placement of an x-ray plate under the patient for C-Arm imaging access.
