All stretcher models are reviewed – Transport, Procedural, and Specialty (Trauma, OB/GYN, Surgical, and Electric) Stretchers. The course includes model identification, product use, and component identification. This program is designed for individuals responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the facility’s Baxter equipment. Upon completion, the participant will have the product knowledge and hands-on experience necessary to keep the patient care areas functioning at their required levels.
After completing the course, the participant will receive a certificate of completion, indicating they are trained to repair and maintain the Stretcher Beds. Recertification is required every two years.

This course is intended for technical service personnel, including Biomedical Engineers and/or Facilities/Maintenance staff, that perform preventative maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and repair for this Baxter product.

Participants will become capable of using diagnostic tools for troubleshooting and conducting preventative maintenance to the Stretcher Beds. This eLearning course is designed to train Biomedical Equipment Technicians on servicing and maintaining these Stretcher Beds. The course includes model identification, product use, and component identification.
