Course Description

This program is designed for individuals responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the facility’s Baxter equipment. Upon completion, the participant will return with the product knowledge and hands-on experience necessary to keep the patient care areas functioning at their required levels.

Certification Objectives

Upon successful completion of the Technical Training class, attendees will be certified to perform field-authorized repairs and calibrations for the SPECTRUM IQ Infusion System.

The purpose of SPECTRUM IQ Technical Training is to educate and qualify external Biomedical/Clinical Engineers on the repairs and calibrations for the SPECTRUM IQ Infusion System.

Additionally, students will learn how to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance, as well as be educated on the device features, design, and operation. This 2-day training course includes both theory and practical assignments, which will be performed under supervision of the instructor.
