Course Description

This program is designed for individuals responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the facility’s Baxter equipment. Upon completion, the participant will return with the product knowledge and hands-on experience necessary to keep the patient care areas functioning at their required levels.

Certification Options

After completing the course, the participant will receive a certificate of completion, indicating they are trained to repair and maintain the LIKOGUARD lifts, LIKORALL and MULTIRALl overhead lifts, Components to the FREESPAN system. Recertification is required every two years after completing the Certification course.

First Certification

Upon successful completion of the course, the participant will receive a Certificate of Completion.

This course is intended for technical service personnel, including Biomedical Engineers and/or Facilities/Maintenance staff, and Baxter Dealers that perform preventative maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and repair for this Baxter product.

To enroll in this course, the following knowledge and/or pre-training is required. Participants must also have access to the equipment as follows:

Course Lessons & Content

Participants will become capable of using diagnostic tools for troubleshooting, conducting preventative maintenance, and rendering repairs to LIKO Overhead Patient Lifts. This 1-day training course is designed to train Biomedical Engineers and/or Facilities/Maintenance staff, and Baxter Dealers about servicing and maintaining the LIKO Overhead Patient Lifts.
