Hill-Rom Rental Advantagesm Service With Rental Advantagesm Service, you share the service responsibility with Hill-Rom, but the savings are all your own. By managing equipment internally, you realize significant savings on quality Hill-Rom® products. Rental Advantage Service also gives your staff the training and support they need to help you make the most of Hill-Rom® equipment. And, based on your goals and objectives, mutually agreed upon clinical services are offered. Rental Advantage Service also includes pre-installation maintenance and electrical safety checks prior to delivery, and repair response within 24 hours of request during normal business hours. Immediate On-site Access To Equipment – This program provides for immediate on-site access to equipment required for patient placement, with additional products delivered or shipped within 24 hours of request. Ongoing User Training and In-servicing – Basic user operational in-service, and complete product application and user training will be provided, as needed, to enable caregivers to give the best possible care. Periodic Laundry Visits – Throughout the rental period, periodic laundry visits will be provided to replace soiled coverlets. Product Identification And Tracking System – For identification purposes, all equipment is labeled to indicate delivery and commitment dates, and forms are provided to help you keep track of your units. 24/7 Care Center – Our fully staffed care center is available to answer your questions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Customer Commitment – With minimum 60-day rental commitments, you provide an in-house resource to manage the program internally, and perform installation, set-up, disinfection and cleaning between patients.
